Episode Overview
On the shores of Zanzibar, Church attempts to offer Tucker and the rest of the quest team some final words of wisdom before they set off on their journey. Meanwhile, Tex appears to have an unusual fascination with masculine items, whether it’s Tucker’s energy sword or the impressively built Alien. Church tries to motivate Tucker, but his efforts are thwarted by Tucker’s antics. As the team departs, Church remarks to Tex about her surprising choice not to join, given that quests often promise treasure or power. Just as he finishes, he realizes Tex has already left. Back at Blood Gulch, Simmons decides to take Grif hostage and bring him back to the blue base. Grif complains about not being treated like a proper hostage, prompting Simmons to start roughing him up. Simmons mistakenly pushes Grif into what he thinks is a hole, only to discover it’s a gravity lift that keeps tossing Grif back behind him.
