Episode Overview
Title: Trial and Error Plot: Mary and Sandra find themselves on the same jury for a murder case, where 11 jurors vote guilty and only Sandra stands firm on the not-guilty side. Frustrated by Sandra's steadfastness, especially since it's her anniversary with Lester that evening, Mary is growing impatient. After one final vote, unexpectedly, Mary changes her stance to not-guilty. As a result, the judge decides to keep them overnight in a hotel, causing Mary to miss her dinner plans. Undeterred, Lester sneaks in with caviar and champagne to celebrate. The following day, Mary shares her insights about the incident on the boat, convincing the jury to change their votes to not-guilty. Their decision proves correct when the so-called victim is later discovered vacationing in the French Riviera with her husband's best friend, revealed in a narrative voice-over.
