Episode Overview
Title: The Night They Arrested Santa Claus Plot: Alexandria isn't one to celebrate Christmas, prompting her friends to encourage her to embrace the holiday cheer. When Sandra encounters a Santa on the street, she invites him upstairs to meet Alexandria. However, when the others leave, he swipes all their gifts. In a bid to lift Alexandria's spirits, Mary, Lester, Sandra, Rose, and Pearl each decide to don a Santa costume and deliver presents, hoping to fool her into believing Santa has changed his mind. Unfortunately, with the police on the lookout for a Santa thief, they all find themselves behind bars as suspects. Brenda, Calvin, and Alexandria rush to the precinct to rescue them, only to discover the real Santa has been apprehended—with their stolen gifts in tow. Touched by her friends' efforts, Alexandria finally appreciates the lengths they went to share the joy of the season.
