Episode Overview

As Makoto and Ren explore Shinjuku, Makoto notices a classmate named Eiko working at a sketchy café. They quickly bond over their shared interests. Concerned that Eiko might be falling for the manipulations of her host boyfriend Tsukasa, Makoto opens up to Ren about her late father, a former police officer, and seeks his assistance. Together, they reveal Tsukasa’s deceit to Eiko and confront his Shadow in the Metaverse. Inspired by her father’s legacy, Makoto sets her sights on becoming a police officer herself.
