Episode Overview
After reuniting with Arsene, who encourages him to recall his past, Ren finds himself apprehended by the police, which leads to his current interrogation by Sae. As the questioning nears its conclusion, Ren remembers a crucial conversation with Morgana and Futaba and requests that Sae show his phone to Akechi, who is approaching the interrogation room. When Akechi encounters Sae and sees the phone, he unveils his real motives and shoots Ren, staging it to appear as a suicide.
