Lucy is feeling overwhelmed as she prepares for a crucial speech at the Recruitment Conference, and she finds herself without any assistance in writing it. Lee seizes the chance to win her favor and volunteers to help, but this puts him at odds with Tim, who believes he should be the one to assist her.
