Dennis believes he has acquired a hamster, only to discover it’s actually a gopher. The mischievous creature escapes from its enclosure and wreaks havoc in Mr. Wilson's yard, causing chaos all around. As Dennis tries to recapture the gopher, he finds himself in a series of comical mishaps, ultimately leading to a showdown in Mr. Wilson's garden.
