Episode Overview
Natalie Henry, along with her baby son Louis and uncle Aaron Jastrow, initiates their escape from Italy. Their initial plan to sail directly to Lisbon is thwarted, leading them to Elba, then Corsica, before finally reaching Marseilles. There, they find refuge with a compassionate Jewish family aiding refugees, allowing Natalie to reconnect with her Jewish roots. Meanwhile, Byron is stationed in Gibraltar, making frequent courier trips to the American Consulate in Marseilles. Back in Washington, Rhoda Henry returns but detours to Chicago to end her relationship with Palmer Kirby, only to attract the attention of Colonel Harrison "Hack" Peters. General Halder informs Adolf Hitler of the dire prospects for victory on the Eastern Front.
