As the students at Shuchiin Academy busily prepare for the Hoshin Culture Festival, Shirogane and his classmates in Class 2-B are focused on creating balloon art. While Fujiwara carefully adds the final touches to an adorable balloon bear, Shirogane struggles with his own creations, continuously popping them despite his efforts. The classroom is filled with the disheartening sound of bursting balloons. Despite her past assistance during Shirogane's training, Fujiwara resolves to let him tackle this challenge alone. Determined to improve, Shirogane heads to the student council room to practice, only to find Kaguya already there...
