Lassiter and Juliet are summoned to a museum to look into the mysterious vanishing of a 3,000-year-old mummy. Lassiter dismisses it as a trivial prank, feeling more invested in his current case concerning the death of philanthropist William Wyles III. However, the assistant curator believes there’s something strange—perhaps even supernatural—at play that warrants unique expertise. This leads to Shawn being roped into the investigation, where he boldly claims that the mummy didn’t just disappear; it actually walked away by itself.
