Episode Overview

While making a deposit for Shawn at the Santa Barbara Savings and Loan Bank, Gus finds himself taken hostage. Meanwhile, Shawn remains in the car, unaware of the chaos unfolding inside, and begins to inquire about the police presence from Lassiter and Juliet. Once he discovers that Gus is in danger, Shawn feels an urgent need to intervene and decides he must get into the bank to confront the gunman. However, when the SWAT team arrives, the negotiator proves to be uncooperative with Shawn's demands.
