Upon encountering his new neighbor at the bank, Ozzie becomes convinced that he is a criminal who has swiped his cherished penknife. When subtle hints to the neighbor fail to resolve his suspicions, Ozzie determines that he must alert Thorny about the potential threat and safeguard his valuables by depositing them in the bank.
