Episode Overview

John Dundee, an ex-con and acquaintance of the Cartwrights, is finally being released from prison. Ben takes it upon himself to assist John in reintegrating into society, but John is consumed by a desire for vengeance against those who betrayed him: his former business partners, Anders, Bartlett, and Sangster. Complicating matters, these adversaries, allied with a crooked lawman, are plotting to frame John for murder, aiming to send him back behind bars for good.
