Episode Overview

Hoss and Joe decide to treat their girlfriends to a vibrant and unusual carnival. However, trouble arises when Joe's new girlfriend, Jennifer Beale, is kidnapped by the carnival's shady owner, Philip Reed, along with his partner Gerner. Joshua Beale, her wealthy father, becomes the target for a $1 million ransom, which Gerner persuades Reed to demand. Meanwhile, Reed's girlfriend, Della Thompson, starts to feel envious of Jennifer and questions their plan. Concerned about Jennifer's sudden absence, Hoss and Joe delve into the depths of the carnival, facing fierce opposition from its workers, yet they struggle to find any clues about her whereabouts.
