Bonanza (1959)

Episode Overview

A group of renegade Indians is wreaking havoc on settlers in the West, prompting Joe and Hoss to rush out and deliver a warning. During their mission, Joe gets struck by an arrow. Hoss attempts to extract it, but the shaft snaps, leaving the arrow lodged deep in Joe's shoulder and putting his life at risk. In a frantic search for assistance, Hoss stumbles upon a wagon train filled with an unusual mix of characters: two women, a thief, a dying doctor, and a coward.
