While visiting the bank in Sandust, Little Joe and the bank's secretary find themselves in the midst of an armed robbery. In the chaos that ensues, the robber fatally shoots the banker but is swiftly apprehended. Joe, Hoss, and Candy decide to step up as witnesses to the crime, knowing they must navigate the dangerous situation to stay alive until the trial.
