Episode Overview

After being pierced through the heart by his mother, who has transformed into a parasite, Shinichi is saved thanks to Migi's intervention. Upon waking, he is overwhelmed with despair as he comes to terms with the fact that everything he experienced was all too real and not a mere figment of his imagination.
