Neslihan is in a state of confusion as her health continues to decline. While Serhan tries to shield the family from the truth, Güven remains particularly anxious about her condition. Neslihan, on the other hand, attempts to project an image of normalcy, all while preparing herself for the painful reality ahead. She wishes to cherish her last moments surrounded by her loved ones. However, Güven insists that she needs to see a doctor. Yaman takes on the responsibility of caring for his mother, but he soon uncovers the truth about her illness. Despite this revelation, he vows to honor his mother’s wishes: first, they will celebrate Asi and Alaz’s special day, and only then will they share the news with the family, though it may be too late.
