Following yet another raucous drum circle, Rodrigo finds himself kicked out of his apartment, but it doesn't take long for him to secure a new roommate. Meanwhile, Hailey and Lizzie assist Bradford in recording his podcast focused on a renowned building that hosts artists. As they dive into the stories, Hailey starts contemplating her own future while one of the tenants reminisces about iconic performances. Amidst all this, the looming possibility of a strike puts pressure on some musicians.
