Defying his family's objections, Senator Palmer chooses to reveal the hidden scandal affecting them. Meanwhile, Alexis' brother, Andre, dispatches another hitman to the Bauer home in search of Teri and Kim. Amidst the chaos, a frightened and bewildered Teri encounters Dr. Parslow, who claims to be a close friend. Oblivious to the threat surrounding her, she accepts his offer for a ride back to her place.
