Episode Overview
Jack has returned to New York City to spend quality time with his granddaughter. However, when an old contact approaches him with crucial intel about a looming terrorist assassination plot, Jack finds himself pulled back into action, needing to escort the informant to CTU. Their journey is perilous, as they face numerous terrorists intent on eliminating them. Meanwhile, Chloe struggles to adapt to her new role at the revamped CTU, and President Allison Taylor is engaged in delicate negotiations with Middle Eastern leader Omar Hassan regarding weapons inspections, unaware that Hassan is the target of the assassination. Additionally, journalist Meredith Reed is suspected of having connections to the ongoing terrorist threat.
