Monica captures footage of an intense battle featuring the Spider-Friends against The Scorpion. Meanwhile, Zoltan Amadaeus is gathering information on Spider-Man, aiming to steal his abilities for personal advantage while setting up Spider-Man to take the fall. However, complications arise when Zoltan's experiments lead to a transformation, turning him into a monstrous hybrid known as The Arachnoid, a terrifying fusion of man and spider.
