Peter lets Meg attend a party with her new friend, but this frustrates Lois since it's also Stewie's birthday. Unbeknownst to Meg, the gathering is actually a cult meeting. When Peter arrives to pick her up, the Cult Leader comes along as well. Meanwhile, Stewie thinks this man is the "Man in White," who is attempting to take him back to the womb.
