When Chris is targeted by a bully, Peter rushes to help but mistakenly ends up beating the wrong person. Discovering that bullying has its perks, Peter starts tormenting everyone at home. In a surprising turn, Chris confronts Peter and gives him a serious beating. Meanwhile, Stewie ventures outside without sunscreen and becomes fixated on achieving the perfect tan. After Brian accidentally leaves him in the tanning booth for six hours, Stewie emerges with a severe sunburn and fears he might have cancer. While he anxiously awaits his test results, he begins to live as if he has only a few days left, driving Brian to his wit's end with his outrageous requests.
