Maude (1972)

Episode Overview

At 47 and freshly divorced, Vivian embarks on her journey as a single woman—essentially on the hunt for a new husband—by opting for a facelift. Her rejuvenated look is celebrated by Carol and Walter, but Maude is less than impressed, openly mocking her. This prompts Vivian to point out Maude's jealousy, hinting that she secretly desires a facelift too. Inspired, Maude resolves to go through with the procedure, planning to keep it under wraps from Walter until after it’s done.
