Carla, the determined bounty hunter, is on the trail of con artist Richard Scott Smith. With insights from a blog written by his victims, she uncovers a promising lead suggesting that Smith might be operating as a restaurant owner in Kansas. However, she’s not alone in her pursuit. Jim, whose wife has drained his 401k to elope with Smith in pursuit of a seafood venture, joins the hunt. Alongside a solitary local private investigator and a team of filmmakers, they all converge at Krab Kings in Wichita, where things take a bizarre turn.
