Episode Overview
A statue unearthed on Sean's property turns out to be a 'sheelnagig,' a symbol of fertility. Kathleen is appalled by the statue and even more frustrated by Aidan's indifference toward it. Soon after, the statue goes missing, and Siobhan knows exactly who took it. Meanwhile, Danny and Emma form a close friendship, though Emma feels that Eamonn's aspirations for the farm might be a bit too lofty. Orla is let down when a dinner date with Sean leads nowhere. A satellite dish is set up at Fitzgerald’s to catch football games, but it ends up receiving an Argentinian soap opera, which captivates the locals. Padraig struggles with life without Kevin, who is visiting his mother in England, and turns to alcohol for comfort. His friends try to support him, but the underlying issue remains.
