Episode Overview

During a battle with Scarab, Rath accidentally collides with Bob the policeman, leaving them both unconscious. They are transported to the hospital together. Joe's thrilled at the thought of Rath being an actual alien, but his excitement is quickly overshadowed by Federal Investigator Phillips, who steps in to take charge. Phillips examines Rath, hoping to hand him over to "the General" in hopes of escaping his mundane desk job for more thrilling assignments. However, when "the General" finally appears, Phillips finds himself facing a transfer to Antarctica instead.
