Episode Overview
Janet and Jonny might be on the brink of parenthood, prompting Janet to seek advice from Donna and Louise. Louise, as blunt as ever, exclaims, "Great, I finally have a single mum friend to flaunt to my university pals," while Donna rushes to the pharmacy for a pregnancy test. However, when Janet struggles to provide a sample, Donna consults Flo for potential pregnancy signs, which include hot flashes and an unexpected craving for Guinness. Initially, Jonny is overwhelmed by the thought of becoming a father, but after a few drinks and a pep talk from Louise, he warms up to the idea. As Janet awaits her test results, questions arise: Is she pregnant? And why is Donna so invested in this situation—does she have something to confess to Gaz?
