Janet discovers that her new boss at the bakery is none other than Louise, who has a completely different approach to running things. Meanwhile, Donna is determined to break up Jonny and Kate and instructs Gaz not to get involved with Kate, but he disregards her warning and takes her out on a date. When Donna learns of this, she intervenes to prevent anything from happening between them. Furious, Kate confronts Jonny, demanding he choose between her and his friends. For Jonny, the decision is simple, and he decides to end things with her.
