Episode Overview

James and Gino are tasked with planning an elaborate funeral for a distinguished guest. Juliet promises James that if they pull it off successfully, he’ll earn a promotion at the hotel. Meanwhile, an ex-boyfriend of Juliet's arrives at the hotel, hoping to rekindle their romance. This sparks jealousy in Sam, who ultimately ends up having a one-night fling with another hotel guest.
