After a short power outage, which Vice Mayor Willard proposed to fix the clock tower, Drex escapes from his confinement in the Man Cave. Seizing the opportunity, he takes Time Jerker's seized time machine and travels back to stop a younger Ray from ever becoming Captain Man.
