Episode Overview
Mayor Davis is furious when Nightshade and Squeeky Kleen swipe his limousine, intending to transform it into a replica for Big Boss, along with the other vehicles they've pilfered. He orders Highway and Hardtop to retrieve his limousine—no excuses! Meanwhile, Highway has his own mission: he needs to recover his Bluestreak motorcycle, which Nightshade has also taken, before it ends up like the rest of her stolen inventory.
