Judge Davis, the twin brother of Mayor Davis, mandated that Ms. Demeanor wear a conscience band on her head to help her discern right from wrong. However, things quickly spiraled out of control. Instead of guiding her towards better choices, Ms. Demeanor became overly reliant on the band, leading to even more chaos than before.
