Episode Overview

Big Boss often exploits the city's crises for his own gain. With Empire City facing severe financial issues, Mayor Davis announced cuts to all non-essential jobs. Bulletproof had to reassure the C.O.P.S. team that their organization was not on the chopping block. However, Big Boss schemed to make C.O.P.S. appear redundant by faking his retirement and retreating to a tropical island, expecting the team to get laid off. Meanwhile, he returned to steal relief funds from an Empire Central Railroad train destined for the city. Fortunately, Bulletproof, Mainframe, and Mace thwarted his plan and regained their positions.
