In a shocking turn of events, the Commissioner is revealed to be a robotic impostor, disintegrating into a mass of gears and circuits under the Batsignal. The mastermind behind this ruse is none other than Dora Smithy, the Commissioner’s devoted assistant and sister to Nora, as well as sister-in-law to Mr. Freeze. Fueled by vengeance against the costumed villains, particularly Mr. Freeze, whom she holds responsible for her sister's demise, Dora confronts her nemesis in an intense showdown at an abandoned hideout. In a tragic twist, she falls into a vat of cryo-solution, transforming into a female version of Mr. Freeze, embodying the very hatred she sought to eliminate.
