Meanwhile, Ryan is scrambling to keep his Fashion Week party in check, as he needs to impress the owner, Ken, to maintain his hold on a $25 million apartment. Fredrik takes the opportunity to guide his junior broker, Justin, using a new listing in Gramercy. Tensions escalate dramatically for Fredrik when Ryan unexpectedly shows up at his open house, leading to their most intense showdown to date.
