After Oggy falls victim to yet another prank by the cockroaches, resulting in his original face being crushed by an anvil, Jack steps in to take him to a plastic surgeon for repairs. However, a mix-up and the pesky roaches' interference result in a disastrous and grotesque transformation for Oggy, leaving him with a truly unappealing new look.
