Britt Reid instructs Mike Axford to join forces with the Green Hornet to track down the mastermind behind an insurance scam. Though Mike is hesitant, he ultimately decides to take matters into his own hands and aims to reveal the ringleader by himself. This reckless move puts him in danger, forcing the Green Hornet and Kato to rush in and rescue him before it's too late.
