When a wax statue of The Scarf, a notorious strangler from 15 years prior, is swapped out for models of the Green Hornet and Kato, it appears to animate and begins assaulting people. Armed with a manuscript detailing the Scarf's history, the Green Hornet and Kato race against time to capture the revived murderer before he can strike again.
