Episode Overview

Steve is tasked with befriending a scientist who has created a non-lethal weapon designed to capture soldiers, but the scientist is hesitant to share his plans, fearing the catastrophic consequences if it were used on a pilot mid-flight. As Steve works to gain the scientist's trust and secure the weapon, the situation escalates when the Russians reveal they have taken his wife hostage, threatening her safety unless he agrees to hand over the device in exchange for her release.
