As Steve assists a countess in recovering a microdot concealed within a painting at a museum, she cunningly swaps the original artwork for a forgery. To prevent a potentially embarrassing revelation from an incoming art expert, Oscar tasks Steve with tracking down the stolen masterpiece from its new owner.
