Dad's Army (1968)

Episode Overview

Capt. Mainwaring, anxious about his platoon's shortage of weapons, receives a visit from Col. Square, a veteran soldier. Col. Square offers to donate some firearms from his personal collection, but only if he can lead the platoon himself. Mainwaring initially consents to the arrangement, but his enthusiasm wanes when he examines the condition of the guns.
