Episode Overview

A mix-up over family planning creates tension between Adam and Tina, while Karen’s new business associate grows worried about her financial situation. Meanwhile, Jenny unintentionally puts her co-workers at risk by suggesting to her boss that some layoffs might be necessary. She is given the power to decide who stays and who goes, but Pete is appalled by her comments and starts questioning the consequences of her actions.
