Unhappily Ever After (1995)

Episode Overview

Jennifer is horrified by the table manners of Jack, Ryan, and Ross, while Jack feels betrayed upon discovering that Ryan has taken on the chores of laundry and dishes. He pushes Ryan to reclaim his masculinity, but after Ryan refuses to do the laundry, Jennifer kicks him out. Later, Ross ends up at Jack's after using all the guest soaps. Jack attempts to instill a sense of manliness in the boys, while Jennifer, Tiffany, and Maureen relish the peace of a belch-free home, sharing tales of “gelding men.” Hunger drives Jack and the boys to scavenge from Jennifer's trash, resulting in food poisoning. After the women pick them up from the hospital, they find themselves forced to wash dishes in frilly aprons. Meanwhile, Tiffany excitedly discusses the wealth she envisions from her partner, exclaiming, “Oh, stocks, diamonds, and pork bellies, oh my!”
