Episode Overview

After Ryan receives a report card filled with D's and F's, Jennie tells him he won't get the car keys back until he earns at least a B. In response, Ryan strikes a bargain with Miss Taylor, his Civics teacher. Meanwhile, Jack is left puzzled about Ryan's lack of smarts, while Tiffany starts to entertain the idea that the mailman might actually be her father.
