When a coworker's birthday rolls around at Wernham Hogg, it offers a much-needed break for the staff, resulting in a string of playful pranks targeting David and Gareth. At the same time, David's irritation with his new boss Neil, who is always hovering nearby, is slightly eased by the visit of two representatives from a public speaking organization eager to bring him on board.
