While volunteering at an LGBT suicide hotline, Maura takes a concerning call from a young transgender woman named Elizah. Sensing that Elizah might be in danger, Maura embarks on a journey across South Central LA to locate the struggling teenager. Her quest takes a toll on her, ultimately resulting in her being hospitalized.
