Zack and Cody stumble upon a dimension-hopping device invented by Arwin. Curious, they decide to take a ride and end up in a bizarre alternate reality of the Tipton Hotel. In this world, London has transformed into a candy-loving babysitter, while Maddie plays the role of a ditzy, wealthy hotel heiress, and other familiar faces have switched their identities as well. The brothers must navigate this whimsical chaos to find a way back home.
