After a cunning escape from the motor pool, the fugitive embarks on a violent rampage, leaving chaos in his wake. As the team investigates, Lloyd discovers that the escapee, motivated by his terminal illness, is systematically fulfilling a twisted bucket list of vengeance. Believing himself to be an avenging angel, the assailant's actions escalate, forcing the team to intervene and put a stop to his deadly mission before more lives are lost.
